DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING FOR SERVICE WORK?
We sure do—on the way back. Once your frame’s finished, we’ll get it packed up and shipped to your door. Getting it to us, though? That’s on you. You can ship it in or, if you’re local to Northern California, swing by and drop it off yourself.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR SERVICES?
Standard lead time’s about two weeks—but let’s be real, it depends on the stack in front of yours. Once your frame hits the bench, we’ll give you a more dialed-in ETA. We'll keep you in the loop the whole way.
HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE APPOINTMENT?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
We take a 50% deposit to lock your spot and get rolling. The rest’s due when your frame is ready. Clean, simple, and keeps the sparks flying.
