Shipping & Returns
We’re riders too, so we get it—sometimes things don’t line up the first time. If you need to swap something out or send it back, here’s how we roll:
You’ve Got 30 Days
Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of when your order hits your door.
What We’ll Take Back
- Stuff that hasn’t been installed, used, scuffed, or scratched
- Still in its original packaging, ready for the next rider
- You’ve got your proof of purchase (email confirmation or receipt)
What We Can’t Take Back
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Clearance/final sale items
- Stuff that’s been used, damaged, or modified
The Return/Exchange Process
Start a Return
Email us at info@krispychoppers.com. Include your order number and what’s going on.
We’ll Review
If it’s all good, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. If not, we’ll let you know why.
Send It Back
Ship the item to:

Be sure to label the box with:
- Your Order Number
- The word “Return” on the outside of the box
- And email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it
We Inspect
Once we get it, we’ll give it a once-over within 5 business days. If everything checks out, you’ll get your refund or exchange started.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Original shipping costs? Sometimes refundable–depends on the situation.
- If we messed up (wrong item, defective part), we’ll cover return shipping.
Exchanges
- We’ll swap it out as long as we’ve got the part in stock.
- If we don’t, we’ll offer a store credit or refund.
- Replacements ship our within 5-7 business days after return approval.
Special Cases & Exceptions
- Got a messed-up or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with pics.
- If something comes back scratched or lightly dinged, we might offer a partial refund with a 15% restocking fee.
We keep things fair, and we reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be shared here and sent your way if they apply to your order.
