BDL 1.5" Belt Drive Assembly

Built for classic Big Twins and chopper setups, this BDL 1.5" Belt Drive Assembly delivers clean looks and reliable performance.

It fits most 1955–1999 Big Twin applications that have a splined engine mainshaft and 4-speed transmission, making it ideal for an open primary setup. The pulley and clutch basket are constructed from hard-anodized aluminum for durability and reduced weight. The front pulley is drilled and tapped for easier removal when service time comes.

Features a 132-tooth, 8mm belt with a splined front pulley.

Note: The inner clutch hub and clutch plates must be purchased separately to complete the assembly.
