Crusty chrome adjustable chrome trees, lowers need to be rebuilt, they're frozen from sitting around for a really long time. Price reflects the elbow grease these need. Missing top stem nut. 

Measures - 26" from base of the bottom bearing to the center of the axle. Making this a 4-6 over depending on what it's like after the legs are un stuck.
