DIY Hardtail Axle Plate Kit

Thinking about going rigid? Our DIY Pancake Axle Plate Kit is for builders who want to chop on a budget without sacrificing style or strength. Inspired by early Harley axle plates, this kit keeps the classic look while bringing the muscle.

You get beefy 3/8" steel axle plates, a pair of precision-machined slugs (designed to fit snug in 1" x .120 wall tubing), and rear chain adjuster nuts. Just grab some tubing and a grinder, and you're halfway to your dream hardtail.

Don't forget the finishing touches—we offer rear chain adjusters in both chrome and parkerized finishes.
