The easiest, cleanest way to hardtail your Big Twin Evo build and make it look right. No weird geometry. No stretch. No sketchy mods. Just a straight-up Panhead-style tail section for your ’85–’99 factory Softail frame. Not only will this kit make your frame rule it'll save your VIN, because paperwork shouldn’t kill your dream bike.

Built around the classic Big Twin HD cast axle plates and replica cast seat post yoke. We use DOM tubing, 1" top rails to keep those early HD lines and 1-1/8" bottom rails to seamlessly match up to the frame. Once it's stabbed on and sanded out people will be mistaking your Softail frame for a Panhead frame. They didn't have belt drives and fat tires back in the day so you will need to convert to a chain and you won't be able to fit anything bigger than a 180 tire.

No frame jig? No problem. You won’t need one (though its always better). We designed this to go in smooth and painless.

Installation

You’ll need to cut out the stock seat post and plate it clean. Our hardtail top tube is slugged to mate with your stock top tube just in front of the seat post casting. Rails taper in just like old Harley frames, giving you that OG slim pan look.
