The easiest, cleanest way to hardtail your Big Twin Evo build and make it look right. No weird geometry. No stretch. No sketchy mods. Just a straight-up Panhead-style tail section for your ’85–’99 factory Softail frame. Not only will this kit make your frame rule it'll save your VIN, because paperwork shouldn’t kill your dream bike.

Fits like it belongs—because that's the way we like to do it 

Built around the classic Big Twin HD cast axle plates and replica cast seat post yoke. We use DOM tubing, 1" top rails to keep those early HD lines and 1 1/8" bottom reals to seamlessly match up to the frame. Once its stabbed on and sanded out people will be mistaking your Softail frame for a Panhead frame. They didn't have belt drives and fat tires back in the day so you will need to convert to a chain and you wont be able to fit anything bigger than a 180 tire. 

No frame jig? No problem. You won’t need one (though its always better). We designed this to go in smooth and painless. Check out Installation and Fitment below.
