Prism Supply 3/8” NPT Straight Petcock

This compact petcock threads directly into a 3/8" NPT bung on your gas tank for a clean, simple fuel outlet setup. It features a 5/16" hose barb for standard fuel line and an integrated fuel filter on the tank side of the petcock.

Fuel flow is controlled by rotating the grooved cylindrical section of the petcock to turn the fuel on or off. The hose barb remains stationary during operation, so the fuel line does not twist or rotate when shutting the fuel on or off.

Installation

Designed for gas tanks with a 3/8" NPT threaded petcock bung and fuel systems using 5/16" fuel line. Confirm thread size, fuel line size, and clearance before installation.
Install using proper fuel-compatible thread sealant where required. After installation, check all connections for leaks before operating the motorcycle. Always follow the appropriate factory service manual and standard fuel-system safety procedures.
